Login #

The Login feature allows customers to access Product Designer App resources, including templates, artwork libraries, product bases, fonts, themes, and other downloadable assets available in the Store.

To protect premium resources and verify valid licenses, the login process uses Purchase Code Verification and Email Verification. Once verified, users can access and download resources associated with their license.

Why Login Is Required #

Logging in helps ensure that:

• Resources are only available to licensed users.
• Downloads are linked to a verified account.
• Purchased resources can be managed more easily.
• Access to premium content remains secure.

After logging in, users can browse and download available resources directly from the Store and Resources sections.

Login Workflow #

The login process consists of two verification steps:

Open Resources Page
          ↓
Verify Purchase Code
          ↓
Verify Email Address
          ↓
Login Completed
          ↓
Download Resources

For users who have already verified their purchase code or email previously, some steps may be skipped automatically.

Access the Login Page #

You can start the login process from any Store or Resources page.

Navigate to:

Resources
    ↓
Login

or click the Login button available in the Resources section.

The login window will open and guide you through the verification process.

Step 1 — Verify Purchase Code #

The first step is verifying your Purchase Code.

The Purchase Code confirms that you own a valid Product Designer App license.

To verify:

1. Enter your Purchase Code.
2. Click Verify Code.
3. Wait for the verification result.

Purchase Code

Verify Code
        ↓
License Verified

If the code is valid, you can continue to email verification.

What Is a Purchase Code? #

A Purchase Code is a unique license identifier provided after purchasing Product Designer App.

A valid Purchase Code allows you to:

• Access premium resources
• Receive updates
• Use premium features
• Download templates and assets
• Access support services

Each license is intended to be used according to the Product Designer App licensing terms.

Step 2 — Verify Email Address #

After the Purchase Code has been verified, you must verify your email address.

To verify:

1. Enter your email address.
2. Click Verify Email.
3. Wait for the verification email.

A confirmation code will be sent to the provided email address.

Step 3 — Confirm Verification Code #

Check your inbox for the verification email.

The email contains a 6-digit verification code.

To complete verification:

1. Copy the verification code.
2. Enter the code into the verification field.
3. Click Verify.

Verify
        ↓
Login Successful

Once confirmed, the login process is completed.

Login Completed #

After all verification steps have been completed successfully:

• Your account is logged in.
• Your license is verified.
• Resource downloads are unlocked.
• Premium assets become available.
• You can immediately start importing resources into your store.

You can now return to any Store or Resources page and begin downloading assets.

Available Resources After Login #

After logging in, you may access resources such as:

• Product Bases
• Design Templates
• SVG Artwork
• Fonts
• Themes
• Shapes
• Sample Products
• Design Assets
• Additional Resources

The available resources depend on your license and account permissions.

Account Session #

Once logged in, Product Designer App remembers your verified account.

In most cases:

• Purchase Code verification is only required once.
• Email verification is only required once.
• Future logins may happen automatically.

You can continue downloading resources without repeating the entire verification process.

Troubleshooting #

Invalid Purchase Code #

Possible causes:

• Incorrect code entered
• Purchase Code belongs to another product
• License has been disabled
• Copy-and-paste formatting issues

Verify that the Purchase Code is correct and belongs to Product Designer App.

Verification Email Not Received #

If you do not receive the email:

• Wait a few minutes.
• Check your Spam folder.
• Check your Junk folder.
• Verify the email address is correct.
• Check email filtering rules.

Most verification emails arrive within a few minutes.

Verification Code Expired #

Verification codes are time-limited for security reasons.

If the code expires:

1. Request a new verification email.
2. Enter the new code.
3. Complete verification again.

Cannot Access Resources After Login #

Verify that:

• Purchase Code verification completed successfully.
• Email verification completed successfully.
• Your login session is still active.
• Your license remains valid.

If the problem persists, contact support.

Security Recommendations #

For account security:

• Do not share your Purchase Code.
• Use a valid email address that you control.
• Store license information securely.
• Verify your account using your own email address.
• Keep your account information up to date.

Purchase Codes are unique and should be treated as confidential license credentials.

For the best experience:

• Verify your Purchase Code immediately after purchase.
• Use a permanent business email address.
• Keep your email accessible for future verification.
• Download and back up important resources.
• Do not share your account credentials with others.

The Login system provides secure access to Product Designer App resources while ensuring that premium assets remain available only to verified and licensed users. Once your account is verified, you can browse, download, and manage resources quickly from a single account.
