All design information created in the Design Studio is automatically saved with the order after checkout.
Store administrators can view, manage, and download design files directly from the Prestashop order.

List Orders #

To view designs attached to an order:

Steps:

1. Create a new order that includes a product with a design
2. Go to Admin Panel → Orders (1)
3. Click on the order you want to review (2)

Note:
When an order is deleted, all design data associated with that order is permanently removed.

Order Detail #

Inside the order detail page, you can access the full design information.

View & Download Design

1. Click the Download Design button
2. You will be redirected to the Design Detail Page
3. Download the design files in supported formats:
   • PNG
   • PDF
   • SVG

These files are generated based on the original design data and are ready for printing or further editing.

Notes #

• Each order stores its own design data securely
• Downloaded files match the design area size and print settings
• Multiple design views may be included, depending on the product setup
