Overview #
After purchasing the Product Designer App (PDA) plugin, you are entitled to free support via the ticket system.
Before submitting a new ticket, we recommend checking available FAQs and documentation, as many common issues are already covered.
Access Help Center #
To access support resources:
- Go to the Help Center
- You will see the following options:
- FAQs (1) – View common issues and solutions
- Documents – Read detailed user guides
- Submit a Ticket (2) – Create a new support ticket
- Manage Tickets (3) – View and manage your submitted tickets

FAQs #
If your issue is listed in the FAQs, you can follow the provided instructions to resolve it without submitting a ticket.
FAQs are recommended as the first step before requesting support.

Submit a New Ticket #
If FAQs and documents do not resolve your issue, you can create a new support ticket.
Verify Purchase Code #
If your purchase is already verified, you can skip this step
- Enter and verify your purchase code
- Click Submit a Ticket

Fill in Ticket Information #
Provide complete and accurate information to help us support you faster.
Ticket Fields #
- Ticket Type – Select the type of support you need (1).
- Options – Displayed only when reporting a bug. Host and site information is optional but recommended, as it may be required to diagnose certain issues (2).
- Ticket Description – Describe the issue in detail. Please include (3):
- Clear explanation of the problem
- Step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue
- Any relevant error messages
- Attach Files – Upload screenshots, documents, or other files related to your issue (4).
- Privacy Policy – Read and accept the privacy policy before submitting (5).
- Submit Ticket – Click Submit Ticket to send your request (6)

Once submitted, your ticket will be added to the support queue.
Manage Tickets #
To manage your submitted tickets:
- Click Manage Tickets
- Select the ticket you want to view Or click Action (1) → choose the desired action (2)
You can review ticket status, responses, and updates from the support team.

Contact Us #
If you want to contact us without creating a ticket:
- Go to the Contact Form
- Enter your contact information (1)
- Click Submit (2) to send your message

Hire Us (Customization Services) #
If you need help with setup, customization, or custom features:
- Go to the Customize page
- Select the service you need
- Enter your information (1)
- Upload any related files (2)
- Click Send Request (3)
Our team will review your request and contact you to confirm whether we can assist.

Tips for Faster Support #
- Always include clear steps to reproduce the issue
- Attach screenshots or screen recordings when possible
- Provide hosting or site details if the issue is technical
