Requirements #
To use the Teams & Number feature, you must enable the Show Team option in the Product Designer App settings.
Add Teams to a Design #
Open Teams Menu
- Open the Teams menu (1)
- Click Add your name or Add your number (2) to start adding team members
- Select the member quantity (3)
- Click Continue (4)
Create a Team #
Set Team Information
- Enter the Team name (1)
- Click Add more member (2) if you want to add additional members
- Click Apply (3) to create the team member list
Manage Team Members #
Edit Member Names
- Click Edit your members
- Or click directly on a member name field to edit it inline
Add Numbers to Members
- Click Add your number (1) to assign numbers to members
Manage Member Numbers
Add Numbers by View
- Select the view where you want to add numbers (1)
- Click Add your number (2)
- Enter the number value (3)
- Click Apply (4) to confirm
Edit or Add Numbers
- Click Add your member to add a new number on another view
- Click directly on the number field to edit it
- Click Edit your members to edit all names and numbers in the table
Team Name Options #
Activate Team Name Layer (1)
- Click on the Team Name layer to activate its options
Available Team Name Settings (2)
You can customize the team name with the following options:
- Edit team name (3)
- Change font (4)
- Change team name size (5)
- Change team name color (6)
- Adjust spacing (7)
- Set outline (8)
- Set opacity (9)
- Toggle:
- Bold (10)
- Italic (11)
- Underline (12)
- Strikethrough (13)
- Uppercase (14)
- Text alignment (15)
- Delete team name (16)
Add Teams & Numbers to Cart #
Estimate Quantity
- Enter the estimated quantity for each member (1)
- Review the estimated total quantity (2)
- Click Continue (3)
Set Size & Quantity Details
- Select size and quantity for each member (1)
- Click Add to cart to purchase (2)
- or Click Request a quote to receive a quotation
Cart Details #
After adding to the cart:
- The Teams & Number information (member names, numbers, sizes, and quantities) will be displayed in the cart details
