The Cart and Checkout pages display design details, product options, and ensure that all design information is saved correctly with the order after checkout.

To ensure full compatibility with the Product Designer App, certain WooCommerce layout settings are required..

Cart Page #

The plugin fully supports the Classic Cart layout of WooCommerce.

Cart Layout Support

• Classic Cart Layout
  • Fully supported
  • Displays design details, options, and all design thumbnails from multiple views

• Block Cart Layout
  • Partially supported (Not support edit design on cart)
  • Displays design details and options

Important:
WooCommerce Block Cart does not provide the necessary hooks to display all design thumbnails. If showing thumbnails from multiple design views is important, you should use the Classic Cart layout.

Change Cart to Classic Layout #

Steps:

1. Go to Admin Panel → Pages
2. Edit the Cart page
3. Click on the Cart Block (1)
4. Click the Cart icon in block settings (2)
5. Select Classic Shortcode (3)
6. Click Save (4)

Change Cart from Classic to Block Layout #

If you want to switch back to the Block Cart layout:

1. Edit the Cart page
2. Select the Classic Cart Shortcode
3. Click Transform into Blocks (5)
4. Click Save (4)

Checkout Page #

The plugin supported the Block Checkout layout.
But we still Recommented use Classic Checkout layout.

Change Checkout to Classic Layout #

Steps:

1. Go to Admin Panel → Pages
2. Edit the Checkout page
3. Click on the Checkout Block and remove it (1)
4. Click Add Block (2)
5. Find and add the Classic Checkout shortcode (3)
6. Click Save (4)

Notes #

• Always use Classic Cart for full design thumbnail, edit cart support
• Classic Checkout is recommented to ensure correct order and design data saving
• Design details are automatically attached to the order after checkout
