Quotes #
The Quotes feature allows customers to submit a customized design and request a price estimate before placing an order. Instead of completing the checkout process immediately, customers can send their design to the store and receive a personalized quotation.
This feature is especially useful for:
- Bulk orders
- Team uniforms
- Corporate merchandise
- Custom packaging
- Wholesale requests
- Special production requirements
- Products requiring manual pricing review
The Quote workflow helps store owners evaluate design requirements, communicate with customers, and provide accurate pricing before production begins.
What Is a Quote? #
A quote is a request submitted by a customer that contains:
- Product information
- Design data
- Selected options
- Quantity
- Contact information
- Customer notes
Unlike a normal order, a quote does not require immediate payment.
Store administrators can review the request, estimate production costs, and contact the customer before converting the request into an order.
